Samsung Health | Together Tab Implementation

Concept and design of the Samsung Health Together Tab, enabling social wellness features like shared challenges and community activity tracking, presented to Samsung by Lympo leadership.

Project Objective

The goal was to conceptualize and design the Together Tab for the Samsung Health app, enhancing social engagement and community-driven wellness within the platform. This feature aimed to help users connect, participate in challenges, and track collective fitness activities, fostering motivation and accountability.

Challenges & Constraints

Seamless integration: Designing a new feature that fits naturally within Samsung Health’s existing interface and user flow.
Engagement & retention: Creating an experience that encourages users to interact with friends, join challenges, and share progress without feeling intrusive.
Presentation readiness: Delivering a polished design concept suitable for high-level executive review.

Solution & Approach

Social wellness concept. Designed a dedicated tab where users can see friends’ activity, participate in challenges, and track shared goals.
Clean, actionable UI. Focused on clear visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and quick access to social and fitness features.
Executive-ready presentation. Prepared the design concept in a way that it could be presented by Lympo’s CEO and CSO directly to the Samsung team, emphasizing usability, engagement, and integration.

Impact

The Together Tab concept demonstrated a thoughtful approach to social wellness within Samsung Health, highlighting new ways to motivate users and increase engagement through community-driven features.
