MEDIHUB Lietuva’s new site bridges medical precision with aesthetic care—highlighting advanced treatments, expert specialists, and clear booking paths to help clients feel confident and informed.

Project Objective

The goal was to create a polished, accessible, and trust-inspiring digital presence for MEDIHUB Lietuva—a clinic offering dermatology, trichology, aesthetic medicine, and menopause care. The website needed to communicate medical expertise clearly, offer a wide variety of services (from laser treatments to diagnostics), simplify appointment booking, and serve both new & returning clients across several locations.

Challenges & Constraints
  1. Breadth of services & complexity: There are many treatment types (laser, injectables, skin, hair, body, menopause diagnostics etc.), each with its own technical and medical background. Organizing these so users can navigate without being overwhelmed was essential.

  2. Trust & credibility: For medical/aesthetic services, users expect accurate info, transparency, credentials, safety and high-quality visuals.

  3. User decision point friction: People may hesitate before booking: they need info about options, expected outcomes, side effects, pricing, and access-ibility. Reducing friction & uncertainty was key.

  4. Multiple locations: MEDIHUB has several clinics in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Klaipėda, so geolocation-aware content and clear contact / location info was needed.

  5. E-commerce / product offers integration: There is an online shop section, special promotions, product or procedural offers, which have to coexist smoothly with the service side of the site.

  6. Mobile usability and performance: Many users will research skin/aesthetic services from their phones; images, form-flows, navigation all must perform well on mobile.

Solution & Approach
  1. Information architecture & content strategy. I mapped out user flows for several personas (first-time aesthetic client, returning dermatology patient, someone seeking menopause care). I grouped services by categories (dermatology / laser / injectables / body / diagnostics) and added sections like “Procedures by concerns” so users can find what fits their need (e.g. pigmentation, hair loss, skin laxity) rather than knowing technical names.

  2. Visual Design & UI

    • Clean, modern aesthetic with medical professionalism: neutral tones, high-quality images, clean typography to balance warmth & precision.

    • Strong trust signals: presenting specialists, testimonials, before-after imagery, statistical highlights (number of procedures, satisfied clients, years in service).

    • Micro-interactions and UI cues to guide user: hover states, consistent icons, visible calls to action (“Register”, “Book a consultation”), sticky contact info.

  3. Conversion & booking flows. Made the booking/registration buttons prominent and accessible from many pages. Introduced “what’s right for me” tools (or guided content) to help users choose procedures. Ensured clinic locations and contact info are easy to find.

  4. Multimedia / educational content. Because many users are unsure what procedure to choose, added blog / articles / FAQs to help explain, demystify, and build confidence.

  5. Performance & mobile-adaptation. Images are optimized (especially for device resolutions), layouts adapt gracefully. On mobile, menus, service lists, book-now buttons are reachable without excessive scrolling.

  6. Localized & inclusive content. Multiple clinic addresses, schedules clearly listed. Promoted trust by showing specialists, their backgrounds, and ensuring that content is written clearly and accessibly for laypersons as well as more informed clients.

Impact

The improved MEDIHUB site presents the clinic as both medically serious and client-friendly, helping reduce the barrier to trying aesthetic treatments. It supports a broad & complex service offering without confusing users, drives more consultations and registrations, and strengthens client trust by educating and showcasing real results.
